Cannes & the Lérins Islands: a symphony of luxury and island serenity
Polyglot Club is delighted to invite you on an unforgettable getaway on Sunday, June 14, to discover Cannes and Sainte-Marguerite Island, true gems of the French Riviera.
Enjoy a day that blends unspoiled nature and Mediterranean elegance: explore the peaceful forest, hidden coves, and wild beaches of Sainte-Marguerite Island. Back in Cannes, take a leisurely stroll along the famous Croisette, between beaches, palm trees, and glamorous vibes. Soak in the seaside atmosphere, browse local shops, or enjoy lunch on a sunny terrace by the sea.
This excursion will be conducted in both French and English by your polyglot tour leader.
PROGRAM
1. Departure from Marseille
Meeting point right next to Saint-Charles train station, near the entrance of the Saint-Charles Faculty of Sciences (Place Victor Hugo).

2. Pick-up in Aix-en-Provence
Avenue Henri Mouret, next to the Partouche Casino.
Meeting time at 7:15 am.
3. Boat crossing to Sainte-Marguerite Island
From Cannes, board a short boat ride to Sainte-Marguerite Island, the largest of the Lérins Islands.
Once on the island, enjoy free time to explore this peaceful natural haven:
- Mediterranean forest
- Secluded coves and natural beaches
- Visit the Royal Fort with the Sea Museum and the cell of the Man in the Iron Mask (entrance fees not included)
4. Cannes: free time & chic atmosphere
Return by boat to Cannes around 1:00 PM.
The afternoon is free to enjoy the city at your own pace: lunch on a terrace, a stroll along the Croisette, shopping or relaxing on the beach.
Experience the charm of this iconic French Riviera city, where glamour meets laid-back Mediterranean living.
5. Drop-off in Aix-en-Provence
Avenue Henri Mouret, next to the Partouche Casino.
Arrival around 6:30 pm (approx.).
6. Return to Marseille
Near the entrance of the Saint-Charles Faculty of Sciences (Place Victor Hugo).
Arrival around 7:00 pm (approx.).

Late Arrival
We reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals arriving late for the first departure of the bus at the meeting point.
Non-Payment
We also reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals who have not paid the balance before the bus departs.
Participation of People with Disabilities
To ensure the safety and well-being of all our participants, we recommend that people with disabilities be accompanied by a support person throughout the excursion. Your safety is our priority, and by informing us in advance of your specific needs, we can ensure the best possible experience for you. If participation is not possible for safety reasons, a full refund will be offered.
Participation of Minors
Minor children must be accompanied by their parents, legal representatives, or guardians to participate. No waiver can be signed by our guides. If a minor arrives alone, we will not be able to allow their participation in the excursion, and a full refund will be offered.
