I am a native Brit who has always had an urge to learn Croatian and, perhaps, become fluent one day. I'm hoping for some serious help, I.e, at least once a week have an organised time, come online and exchange for an hour.

The above is so we can both learn equally. I've always wanted to visit Croatia and have a very good friend there, just unfortunately we can no longer help each other due to conflicting schedules.
