Any recommends?

Belgians seem to be better in making incredible music rather than making wonderful movies, I  think.  I  just uploaded a bunch of Dutch-sung songs, usually with lyrics, in the videosection.  Click on date and you'll see the newest (uploaded on 25/09).
I  do not know much about  arthouse, but I can namedrop some films I like: Alles moet weg (1996) Anyway the wind blows (2003), Steve + Sky (2004), Ex-drummer (2007), Ben X*(2007). All of the previous are Flemish.

De Mens is a good rock group. There are several good movies, but more bad ones hehe.  Try the movies of Robbe De Hert, they are usually ok.
