Me Dutch, You Spanish (argentina way)

I really would like to speak Spanish fluently! I'm half Spanish and Filippines. I can already talk and understand Tagalog (filipino language). Only spanish is my second language and  unfurtunately  I  can't speak it.  I've learned spanish  a little bit. Please who can help me?!
