I know little about cooking , nevertheless I have been sticked to a strict theory about what should be eaten and what should be not.

It is shameful to admit that once during a business trip I have spent several months eating nothing but scrambled eggs and stews cooked by myself .

Ridiculously,even then, I would not allow myself to eat any food that was unfresh , or greasy ,or too salty.The theory, which has poisoned me for so long is this: less fresh food contains less nutrients, such as vitamins or proteins ,and the consumption of oil and salt would do harm to body by speeding up the ageing process.

Tracing back the roots of this theory, I must mention two historical events: the first is the book I have read about ancient Japanese buddhist , who would always eat very little Sushi made with extremely fresh ingredients.

The second is that I used to consume too much oil and salt during my university years.

Now, I believe I will always choose light food, and preach the benefits of a healthy diet tirelessly.
