It is believed that nowadays most countries are developing well and economic growth is being successful for everyone.

In fact, that's false.

It is well know that powerful nations have always taken advantage of small ones, but after colonialism was over it seemed to be better opportunities for those emergent countries.

Well, now, time has passed by and some nations are still suffering from exploitation, specially those whose industry is insufficient to provide products and services for the whole country but have a lot of raw materials.

It is very polite calling them developing countries, however, it won't be any development at all if stronger nations continue taking advantage of them.

Until that changes, people should still call them what they are: underdeveloped countries.
