When In 2009, after persuading my parents, I finally got their financial help to study in World English Traing School.

Actually, I was not alone, my elder sister and I studied together as my dear mother  thought we were too young to adapt into this environment .

Why Why I wanted to choose WORld?  I can still remember that day, my mom and I were walking on the street, waiting for someone giving us a leaflet with Enlish Training Organization.

Suddenly , a guy called Sam handed over a leaflet, which was what we were looking for .  When we finished having a look around  this school, I told my mom : That's it .

I knew my mom didn't want to go too far, and also I just got less than 2-month-holiday so that I didn't want to waste my time to find the other one .

At that age ,my only objective of learning English was to score higher than my peers.

Sam told me ,if you stand at a very high position ,you will find that the whole world changes every second .

Such words left me deep in thought so that I really tried hard in learning English and passed into the best class in my senior one.（The schoolmaster was David ,he allowed me to attend English courses when I had holiday because I studied in FuJian province at that time) Who It seemed that I had a quite flexiable timetable, but this also meaned I had to know new people again and again, for instance, my tutor has changed more than 8 times.

It didn't matter ,I 've already get used to it.

On the positive side, I met many new people.

One of my tutors, suiky,recommended many interesting movies for me.

After watching all of these movies , I realised that my listening improved a lot.

(I appreciate it) Cherie, an excellent teacher I've known for ages, accompanied with us learning standard VOA and also taught us some skills for listening and spelling.

(I appreciate it.)  I also met a girl called CoCo, who came from a tropical city SanYa.

She was really good at speech and helped me correct my body language and facial expressions when I did my first-time presentation.

(I appreciate it.) Foreign teachers who impressed me a lot: Simon,he is very nice for me as I am a foodhunter.

Simon made some ice-cream and spaghetti himself and took them into English corner to cater for every student.

That was my first time to taste spaghetti.

He really integrated the culture of food with the English language to make his students feel interested in learning.

Joe, he came from New zealand.

After travelling to Thailand, he came back to this room(English corner) to share all his experiences to us.

Because of his inspiration to me, I attended a English-speaking contest about Thailand and won the third prize in my school.

John,he is hilarious,always telling jokes.

I like that he was wll-prepared and made his PPTs interesting for us.

In English corner, the most impressive thing he taught me is to say hello to my myself every morning in front of the mirror, believe it or not, this makes me always look at the bright side of life.

Where I really like the English corner, a place where I can learn English without even noting I am doing it; a place where I made a lot of friends and good teachers; a place that helped broden my horizon; a place that benefits me a lot.

What What I did here?

My best learning partner Mia and I prepared twice IELTS exams, which was an arduous but rewarding process.  In this process, I found three things are very important.  First, a plan.

Second, good methods .

Third,self-discipline.

I suppose all of you know them, but I still want to share my experience and my learning situation later in Chinese about when I didn't realize the importance of all the three things.

How How I feel about WORLD?

I would say WORld growing with me all the way.

It is WORLD that makes me meet many people I am grateful for .

It is a place which witnessed my progress.

I'd like to say "thank you" to WORLD, thank you for all the people who helped me.
