I have never had insomnia or any other sleeping problems. Fortunately.
But I know that stressful life can make getting a good night’s sleep impossible.
Someone I know had such problem.
She was a sales manager.
She worked really long hours and had to do a lot of travelling.
She has worried about work every time what made it incredibly difficult to sleep.
She fell asleep but woke up again in the middle of the night and could not sleep until the morning.
Then she went to work feeling terrible.
And that was a typical night for her.
She tried nearly everything to cure her insomnia.
She drank herbal tea, went to gym three times a week, has a fairly healthy diet, didn’t smoke but it hasn’t made any difference.
She didn’t want to start taking sleeping pills because she was terrified of becoming addicted to them.
I do not know how it all ended, but one thing I know for sure it’s an awful way to live.
