This week my country adotped a new constitution.

If i watch tv or i listen a radio or read a newspaper, I'm troubled by the vision of the world about us.

It's very strange, the majority of newspaper describe this moment like a great moment of our history but it's the same constitution, it's the same people and it's the same country with the same problems of unemployment and poverty.
