As the challenges we struggle are on global scale, it is argued that health partnership between countries is increasingly important and I agree with this view.

If countries foster a good relationship having opportunities to pool knowledge, their infrastructure would be improved.

For example, a country can explore oil resource effectively and build high-speed rail with the help of foreign experts and the technologies imported from the cooperated country.

These a like actions are drive of economic growth, which can upgrade people’s living standards, especially for those disadvantaged countries who lack of advanced technologies to develop themselves.

A relationship with good communication access also can prevent countries from wars.

It is no doubt that resources play vital role in economic development and to occupy more natural resources to have economic prosperity, it is easy for neighbour countries to have boundaries tension.

Therefore, develop a good national relationship is the key to solve these problems in peaceful methods such as consulting and negotiating rather that using weapons.

On the other hand, extensive reliance on international cooperation or other social connection to deal with domestic problems would weaken a country’s independence.

These countries are not able to solve problems independently when facing challenges.

Some Africa countries solve its food shortage by receiving food aid from the rest of the world rather paying attention to food technology development, thereby those countries are unlikely to have self-contained economy, which poses a threat to a country’s safety.
