During my first year as a teacher, I had a very particular colleague, who was suffering from "dwarfism", she was too small, and she had to teach level 12, her students were so big.

When, I met her for the first time, I felt so sorry for her: how she can handle all those bigs teens?

But one day, we had to collaborate together for an activity, and I was surprised by her strong personality, how she treated her students firmely, and all those big students were so respectful.

So, I learned to never misjudjed a person because sometimes people aren't what they seem.
