In the main Exhibition hall we should have a Display area and besides two sections, one for a Hotel reception area.
For the first sectiom please be sure that we have enough Space do Display our chairs and tables collection ( Autum Style 2010).
In the second section we are planning to place a small bar and a Restaurant Layout typical Features as usually.
In Addition could you book two extra single Rooms at the derby Hotel, because we will arriving one day earlier before the Exhibition is starting.
Could you ask eventually for a Special Price if we stay three days longer?
Altogether we Need a accomodation fo abnr five nights and if ist possible the rooms should be ensuite, last is very important.
Mrs. Pierce want to know that the bar and the Restaurant is Setup and fully operational.
Mrs. Pierce take care of serving Snacks and soft Drinks she booked a Company called Cooking chief Ltd.
