Environment in nursing is a factor that can affect human health.

Environtment can devided into two section that are internal environment and external environment.

Internal environment is the environment derived from the human beings themselves that includes : factor of genetic, maturation of biologis, gender, emotion (psychology) and predisposition against desease and behavioral factor.

External environment is the environment around humans included the physical environment, biological, social, cultural and spiritual.

External environment interpreted also as a community environment that have meaning aggregat of individual who formed because of the interaction between humans, cultural, and spiritual aspects of dynamic which have a purpose together to their live a mutually helping one another.
