Hi, there. I'm new here.
I would like to improve my English.
I work as a transcriptionist but there are times when I become confused with the use by British doctors of "will" and "would".
I also am not confident with my written English.
I still am learning the polyglot club platform.
Talking about what happened today...well, nothing much has happened since this morning.
I had about 7 hours of sleep.
I woke up refreshed.
I did some final editing of my weekend files and sent them to the company's FTP.
For breakfast, I had two "pan de sal" and a plate of canton noodles (slightly hot with a touch of "calamansi").
Some neighbor boys played in our garden where there is a basketball ring erected.
In a few minutes I will be taking my afternoon nap (in the Philippines, we call it "siesta").
By 4PM I will be off to a nearby town.
My student wants me to accompany him to a video planning session.
He has this video project of some place interesting and we thought of filming one of the oldest churches in our province which is only a few minutes of jeepney ride away.
I don't go to church a lot but it is a great place to hang out, contemplate on life and be at peace.
Hopefully, it will only take a couple of hours and I will be home before dinner.
We have some left over poor blood stew which I can say is very good.
It is best with steamed rice and a glass of ice cold tea.
Can you please check my grammar? Thank you.
