I like different genres and styles of music but I tell you guys about my path in the rock and metal.
First decent foreign band that I have liked - Roxette.
First time I had listened to it in the age of 10.
It was the album "Best Ballads".
My favorite songs from it - "It Must Have Been Love" and "Listen to your Heart".
Then after some time I had heard about German band "Rammstein".
I had spent a lot of time listening to them and I still love them.
Then was bands like "Metallica" and "Deep Purple", lot of power-metal bands.
And once I absolutely occasionally had heard a song "This Dying Soul" by "Dream Theater".
And that song and this genre (progressive metal) was exactly what I was looking for, exactly what I wanted to listen to.
It was about ten years ago.
I went to their two first concerts in Moscow (2009 and 2011) but I couldn't go in 2014.
That is the brief story.
