My natural little helper
People have been using natural medicines for thousands of years.
Many of the most effective natural remedies can be found in our homes and gardens.
In my balcony I grow Aloe Vera.
I like it for its interesting flowers, form and for healing power.
I always keep a leaf of my aloe in fridge and if I have a burns or cuts it helps me heal them and stop getting scars.
When I was a teen the sap of Aloe was an important thing in the battle against acne.
And even now I use this remarkable plant to keep my skin clean and soft.
