Our society progress in terms of equality.
Indeed, women take a place more important than in past.
This is the result of struggle harshly conducted.
However, men stay in the first row, in particular at work.
Moreover, there was not many progress concerning the others discriminations at work and that isn't about to change.
To my mind, I think equality is possible with better goodwills.
Only for taht, a lot of struggles are still to do, and it must to show patience.
