Good morning, everyone!
I was up by 5 this morning.
Our trip to Majayjay was rescheduled for today because last Saturday's trip was cancelled due to my mom feeling a little nauseated.
We left home half past 6.
A jeepney took us to the town plaza where jeepneys bound for Majayjay await to be filled up.
It takes half an hour for jeepneys to get enough number of passengers to leave.
Luckily, another jeepney which was going to some place a bit farther than Majayjay passed by and we hopped in.
We arrived there at exactly 7.
Mr Jessy and his obviously annoyed wife were waiting by the roadside.
We’re really not sure why she was that irritated.
Maybe she was hoping we get there before the sun was up.
For all I know she’s not a busy person herself.
Anyway, the tricycle that we rented arrived and took us all to the rice mill.
From this season’s harvest our family earned about three sacks of rice (one sack/cavan is about 50 kilos).
After paying Mr Jessy and the man who runs the rice mill, the rice was loaded onto the tricycle and off we went home.
Please correct my sentences. Thank you.
