My another passion is seafood.
Unfortunately, I can’t offer myself to have enough seafood, because I live in a place, which is far away from the sea or ocean, so it is a problem to buy something really fresh and tasty.
Nevertheless I adore dinners when one of the meals is a fish-dish.
Tuna, haddock, salmon, oysters, shrimps, octopus and herring are a very high priority with me.
For the last two years I tried to follow the rules of healthy eating.
That is why various salads, vegetables and fruits are always on my table.
In summer I have a special dish, which people usually cook only in this season.
It is a well-known traditional Russian “okroshka” – chopped vegetables with cold kvass.
Sometimes I just can help of eating out.
I am a bit of gourmet.
It is a great pleasure for me to visit different cafes, restaurants and try new slap-up meals.
I can’t say that I don’t like home-cooked food, as my mother is a dab hand in the kitchen.
Her specialty of the house is pizza with ham or chicken, tomatoes, pepper, olives, mozzarella cheese and oregano.
Nevertheless I can get tired of monotonous dishes at times and then I dine out.
I absolutely adore Chinese, Italian and French cuisine.
All in all, you can see that my eating habits include some individual traits.
I get used to them and can say that my preferences in food became a part of my personality.
So I absolutely agree with one good English proverb: “You are what you eat”.
