I'm sending some curriculum vitae for searching job and some factory required a brief presentation of me and my last studies (my final work in particular).

I thought something like that.

My name is Alice Raeli, I'm an Italian girl and I achieved the 2nd degree in Maths in the University of Catania.

In my final work i propose a theoretical presentation of finite difference methods for solving ellptic problems and their implementation in two languages: C++ working on the CPU with a serial approach and CUDA C++ working on the GPU with a parallel approach.

I present a runtimes comparison between host and device implementations and my particular studies are devoted to the implementation of mathematical algorithms.
