  • About winter in Siberia this year

  • All foreigeners and inhabitants of european part of Russia think that Siberia is very severe area with lowest winter's temperature, but in my city there was no snow this year...and now at the begining of an April temperature is 7 degree above zero, but usually we have snow in this period...it's normal or Global warming want to start with us?))
