One of my big Hobbys are (no surprise) to learn English.
For that reason i read monthly a magazine called "Spotlight".
It is a very famous Language Magazin in Germany(and maybe in Austria and Switzerland) it´s good value, interesting article in a attractively present.
In the newest edition i readed an article about Malta.
The Maltese government has a Proposition for foreigner.
For € 650.000 plus a few hundred thousand more in Investments, you can become a citizen of Malta.
Further accordind to "Malta Today" newspaper, the Prime Minister Joseph Muscat expect the Programme to generate € 30 Million by the end of the year.
The international press finds the scheme controversial (more than that for sure),but Malta is just one of several countries selling citizenship.
