1) I'm going to describe chapter 5 of the book, "L.A.
Movie" by Philip Prowser.
2) The chapter starts when Rick offers Lanny Samuel a job.
The job was to protect the hottest actress in Hollywood, Gail Lane.
3) If you go into the details unknown person lent the message the Magic Movie Productions which said that unless they stoped making the movie, Gail will was killed.
4) I'd like to mention that the actress didn't know anything about it.
5) Because the threats were sent by email, directly to Homer Frank, who was a studio's chief.
6) Mainly he didn't want to scare the actress and he didn't want to stop the movie.
7) In general, Lanny should have kept an eye on everyone else in studio.
8) The detective agreed to his friend's proposal.
9) Than they walked towards the set, where a scene "climb a mountain" was being filmed.
10) Someone hung down on a rope, that was an actor.
11) But suddenly there was a loud scream, and the actor fell to the studio floor!
