I’d like to introduce myself, my name is Irina.
I’m glad that I’ve become part of team and I want to tell you about myself.
I’ve graduated from the State University of Management, with a degree in HR-Management.
I have been worked in recruitment for 4 years.
I started my career in ManpowerGroup at Mass Recruitment Department.
My professional experience includes: searching for candidates, interviews, assessment of candidates and communication with Clients.
Two years later I was promoted to project’s group manager, I was in charge of working my project team.
Now I have decided to use my experience and develop my skills in professional recruitment.
I’m responsible, hard-working and I also get along with people.
I’m also easy-going and open to new ideas.
I always listen to the advice of people who have more experience in the field and I’m ready to face challenges that may come along the way.
I enjoy actively participating in various projects that the company may offer and I do everything I can to contribute to its growth and development.
