I wrote you because I had problems with the delivery of my furniture.
The this was on the 15th of October 2013.
My number of contract is 15/10/13 A10.
When the furniture was delivered in my flat, I found out that some items of the furniture was lost.
So, I had not singed the papers where was said about the fine quality of delivered items.
Also, after the furniture was installed, I had noticed that the wardrobe was scratched.
I have read our contract which was said your company insured all the delivering items.
Therefore, I would like to make the official complain about this situation.
As a result of solving these issues, I would like to have the compensation for missing items and damaging.
I have the contract where mentioned the prices for the furniture from the manufacture.
