The institution carries out medical activity on the basis of the license of Ministry of Health of the Republic of Buryatia No.

LO-03-01-001085 of 28th February 2013.

Medical help is given to children's and adult population at states menacing to life, accidents, sharp and exacerbations of chronic diseases, on a scene and/or in a way to a hospital, including at emergency situations and mass accidents.

Also medical help is given and at the direct address on substation of patients and victims.

The institution carries out the work under the direct management of Ministry of Health of the Republic of Buryatia and in close connection and interaction with medical institutions of the city.

The institution works in a state of constant mobile readiness to render ambulances at emergency situations, various incidents and diseases.

There are services of rendering the psychiatric help, pediatric help, and also rendering the medical advisory assistance by phone to the addressed citizens.

Crews of the institution carry out a medical support of mass actions and patrols in the order established by Ministry of Health of the Republic of Buryatia.

More than 500 employees work at the institution.

It is daily carried out from 350 to 450 departures.
