Writing a letter of complaint.
Dear sir, madam, I'm writing to complain about the newspaper that appeared the 03 May 2014.
I've had subscription to your paper for 15 years and I'm affraid to say that I'm very dissatisfied because of bad printing.
Now, I'm paying 12€ per month to receive a daily newspaper at home.
But, last day, I haven't been able to read the paper.
I had plenty of colors who stained my hands and the small ads columns were really unreadable !
If you don't propose me a solution, I think that I'm going to terminate(/cancel ?) my subscription !
