Could anyone help me with this, I really want it to be in formal, thank you so much for your help :D Russian internet market is one of the large market in the world because of the number of Russian internet users is increase every year, so that Russia ranks in top of internet countries in Europe.

After Russian internet market growing, search engine market also take in a high competition, Yandex, search engine site from Russia, is lead in this market from 1997 to now, even though another site from west such a Google try to take some of market share, but is not going good as it could be many countries.

But Google still a number second player in this market since 2008.

The finding revealed that Yandex’s strength is the product which is more than just for search and the weakness is MatrixNet algorithm not given verities results and vision for to be a worldwide search engine, there is not worth to invest on it.

For Google strengths are management team and employee, there are capability employee to produce many products, and Corporate Social Responsibility, that made the brand to be memorize in the good way.

For Google’s weakness is a product, Google has many products, but it is unwell-known because they do not working on public relation and all the product is not in one page, so users do not know that Google has more services.

Yandex’s opportunity is consumer behavior, users in Russia want more than search.

And Yandex’s threat is monopoly, to have more choices, users would find another website instead.

Google’s opportunity is Russian internet market growing, it is a chance for Google be a part in market share.

And Google’s threats are consumer behavior that want more service that only for search and Information Technologies and Protection of Information law, Russian Government wants the data obtained by internet surveillance to be stored within the country in order to be accessed by state security and its intelligent services, so that Google could not be allow in Russia if they do not follow the law.

Yandex is still be a leader in Russian search engine market, even though Google is a second player in the market, but Yandex no more to worry about it.

And Yandex shouldn’t lose Russia, it is the only place that they hold most of market share.
