I think build a relationship with others is not a one day work.

As they say, honesty is the best policy.

It applies both in a private relationship and in a business relationship.

We have to create trust with each other, and I think it is very difficult.

To be warm and have their back when they are in the difficulty, and I think we needn’t always be cool, if there is something happen to me, I will ask for their help.

To share, we can share our lives with friends and share our skills and experience with colleagues.

We can always learn something through these communications.

Respect and forgive, we are all different and we are not perfect.

For example, when we work together and execute a mission, we meet a problem or make a masked, the first thing we have to do is find the solution or how to correct it, instead of blame each other.

In this way, I think I can build a good relationship with others.
