Subject: Complaining about the corrosion training course
Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to you about the corrosion training course that I am doing for two weeks.
This training is essential for my current project.
In fact, we fail to understand some aspects of the chemical reaction between our new Titanium screws and the aircraft structure.
Our understanding will therefore depend on this training course.
However, there are unpleasant and annoying aspects of the training.
In fact, firstly, the teacher is not competent.
He taught us mistaken notions about electrochemistry.
After researches on deepening all along the course, the number of mistakes increased.
Secondly, he is unavailable for questions outside training hours.
Indeed, at the day end, 4 o’clock, he told us that he will answer the next day.
Finally, he is often late in the morning.
We were discussing about it yesterday, but no changes have occurred today.
I am sorry for the inconvenience.
I am hoping you can help us to resolve these differences.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Best regards,
