Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you because I had an unpleasant accident with your service a fortnight ago.
When I called to your company, an operator said that the number of the car was AM123.
Also that car was going to take me on the corner of New Street at 22:00 p.m. on the 3rd of May.
However, I was there in time and had to wait at least 30 minutes until the car came.
When we were moving to the point of the destination, the driver had been asking me about the
road all the time.
It was really annoying.
At the end of travelling, the driver asked me to pay the double, because the road had taken so long.
So, I would like to make an official complaint about the quality of the service.
I would like to receive excuse on this situation and to pay back half of the money which I gave to your driver.
