Re: Concerning our training courses in physics.
I am writing to you about the course that we are doing for one week.
This physics’ course is very important for our company.
In fact, we have a very important project in this domain and we don’t have necessary skill to do it.
It is worth mentioning that this training is essential for our current project.
In other words, we have to learn a lot.
So, we have expected to have a brilliant teacher.
Unfortunately, we have got some problems with our teacher, Mr Smith.
Firstly, he thinks he is superior.
For instance, sometimes he speaks too fast so it is too difficult to understand.
The other times, he speaks too slowly and we consider it like something offensive and condescending.
Secondly, I don't think it's fair to make us pay extra for explanations.
From my point of view, this behavior is not justified because we paid for a training course and without explanations we can’t understand.
I think his purpose is only to earn a lot of money.
So, that’s not fair and I cannot share this point of view.
There is also a bright side to the problem.
In fact, it must be admitted that he is many well-informed but his behavior is not normal.
I am hoping you can help us to resolve this problem.
