the dumpling wrapper is made by the flour, and you can buy it in the market.
ground the pork and cut the vegetables small , and then ,mix then.
after that ,you can make the dumpling, put that mixed inside the wrapper, and press the wrapper tight.
there are three kinds of the dumpling in china, water dumpling ,fried dumpling and steamed dumpling.
i like the water dumpling .
in the north of china, the dumpling's wraaper is thick, but in guangdong it's thin.
and the sauce ,we use the light soy sauce, the north use the vinergar.
