Request for an advice
I am working in an Internet Service Provider company.
We have about 20.000 clients and near 3000 access switches.
We use D-link and some unnamed vendor for GPON on access, Extreme, Juniper, Cisco in Core and Distribution layers.
I have task to find a good software to management our network.
We need Inventory, Management, Configuration tool.
Now we have only Zabbix for monitor our network, Billing that we outsource, some type of HelpDesk for control our problems that we are receiving from clients.
Could you please advice me some software to accomplish that tasks? Thank you!
