Hi community members,please correct this negative feedback letter sample.
Dear Mr. Haj,
As you know we attend MS Office 365 training.
And as per your request for feedback, let me express my disappointment about this training.
So Let me summarize my feedback in points:
1.
Choosing Training location in Hotel which is not prepared for lab environment which result to take first day of course for internet connection!! 2.
They give us scripts to execute in order to create virtual labs which takes the second day of the course. which I think it should be done before. 3.
Also we faced a lot of strange issues(like removing VM and recreate it to execute same script) with implementation of labs training material.
Finally, I have to say that as we send a complain letter to NH management they promised us to give another 5 day training after one month.
