  • The intention of the diploma thesis was the identification of the influence of organizational culture on the willingness and readiness of workers to learn, create and communicate knowledge in the organization.

  • As sub-objective of the thesis, we determined the identification of the factors that affect trust between employees and to quantify the impact of these factors on trust.
