I remember one situation from the university.
I and other three colleagues were making case study.
Case study was about little industrial company.
Company wanted to invest moneny to buy little hydro-electric power plant, so company would make its own electricity and save money.
Everybody in our team had own task in this case study.
My task was to create finance plan of this investment, how it would affect balance sheet, cash flow and income statement.
Problem was that one colleague did not his task because he tought that we would make it instead of him.
He made use of the fact that our team was marked as a team by one mark.
We told to him that it is not nice of him but he did not want to do his task.
So we three colleagues decided that we would devided his task.
His task was Peste analysis and SWOT analysis.
Next time we did not cooperate with him because he had lost our trust to him.
