Researching organization of the master was the Business Centre of Slovenská sporiteľna a. s. in Lučenec.

This business centre includes five business places of the organization.

In the thesis, we used the methods of questionnaire survey, observation and in-depth interview.

In my master thesis I advice to organization to create courses for employees about comunication, trust, cooperation and how these three items are important for developing knowledge culture in the organization.

I also advice to the employees to be more honest with each other, because I considered the lack of honesty in the organization as the biggest defect in the trust in this organization.

Organization should also create an intranet for its employees in which these employees would share their knowledge and experience.

This intranet would be benefical for the sharing of knowledge and information in the organization because employees are willing to share their knowledge and experience
