  • Hello Jon, I am writing to you because I have to work on the day when you're going to arrive at the airport.
  • So I'd like to apologise for that and suggest a solution which, I assume, will help you to get to the hotel without me.
  • Although I'll be working that day, you could call me and I'll help you with guidance.
  • But for the start, I am going to describe the way to the hotel.
  • This hotel is near a large sports club which you should use it as a landmark.
  • From the airport you have to walk at least 10 minutes and then you should notice the sports club, but in any case if you have any problems just call me.
  • I almost forgot, the hotel is an old yellow house and in spite of the fact that it's near the main road, it's hidden behind a small park.
  • There are not so many rooms in this hotel, but all of them are lovely and, I am sure that you will like staying there.
