Dear Jon, I am responsible for throwing a farewell party for Jack.
I asked Jack, about his favorite place, about the food which he prefers and a suitable evening.
So, I would like to share this information and the arrangements with you.
First of all, he is thinking that the place should be near our work and the restaurant that is near our office is the right place.
I have been there and it is a quite fascinating place with delicious food and friendly service.
Also Jack said that next Friday at 8 p.m will suit him, so I have made a reservation for our department.
I have also ordered some food such as salad, barbecue and bread.
Because this event will be on Friday, there will be a rock band playing.
So, our tables will be near the stage.
I am sure that we will have a good evening as a farewell party for Jack.
