You don’t have enough time to cook?
You never did it before and doesn’t have any wish?
Fast food is your rescue: tasty, hot, nutritious-always help you in hard situation.
You can buy it anywhere.
But what wrong about it?
All this benefits, that was described above , become disadvantages if we will look at them from other side of problem.
People who doesn’t have enough time to cook become addicted to fast food, and eat another type of food very seldom.
Such type of people become unhealthy, overweight and extremely unhappy very soon.
And it’s very hard to those people to cut down fat in future.
Okay, fast food is very unhealthy and harmful, but what can you advice to people who don’t have time to have normal meal.
They live in rhythm home-work-home-work.
I think such people SHOULD find time to have normal meal, or bring it from home.
It’s your choise: to find some free minutes in your workday or become a person described above.
Also Fast food is very popular among children nowadays.
And human become fat and ugly from childhood.
In my opinion parents is guilty in 100% when children spend all their pocket money in fast food and get addicted to it.
You can always control where and what your child eat, or even speak with them about harmfulness of fast food.
Fast food become an serious problem today but we can always deal with it and have nice and beautiful bodies.
