The proportions of male and female students have changed remarkably in the last two decades.

There has been an overall slight decrease in the amount of male students attending part-time education, whereas the opposite is visible amongst the female students, having outnumbered its male counterparts by the 1990's Even though the increase in female full-time students is also notable, it has sort of caught up with the full-time male student population.

It's worth mentioning that the amount of men studying part-time dropped down considerably between the 70's-80's decade.

Although, it seems to have been increasing since the 80's onwards.

Whatever diminished the quantity of part-time male students in the 80's decade, doesn't seem to have affected the full-time students, which amount kept increasing steadily over time.
