Since 1 september 2014 years makes provision to educationally resourses for students 1-2 courses, and since 2015-2016 years the university should put into practice at technology open education, at that this isnt about distant distant education.

The main goal in realisation of project - is achieved access for students of all forms of education to educational resources in real-time in full (the model of open education).

Special focus necessary set aside for control activity, which assign on fixation articles.

Control of knowledge in USURT materialize by technology independent testing.

In 2015-2016 years the university manage to cross entirely on technologies of e-learning.

Under realisation to this project renovated separate building of university’s complex.

It called “the center of indepent USURT’s testing”, there organized about 200 seats.

Completed commissioning of intelligent system of control to access recognition of indentification test for video translation.

Access for system of electronic education and the testing center has all students of subsidiary.

*** The electronic docflow Passage on system of effective management involve pealisation a progect to introduce into the work process of the docflow.

In 2014 year were analyzed different IT platforms, operating on the Russian market, decided to implement a professional platform EDI-based IBM Lotus Notes. now custom designed and is in test operation of a functional model: the incoming documents, organizational - administrative documents. final transition to EDI in all areas of the university complex is planned in 2015. a necessary component of this process is the transition to the electronic signature (simple unskilled, within the university).
