  • This afternoon I have been watching several Ted talks conferences and what's next is basically the idea of each conference.
  • The first one is a woman talking about education and who is actually a retired math teacher.
  • She says that our society only uses IQ tests to measure the capability of students at school but she noticed an other standard that is, in her opinion, even more important : the grit.
  • In other words the capability to be motivated, ambitious not only for weeks or months but also for years.
  • The second one is a man saying that happiness and success are directly connected.
  • Either the success makes people happy or happiness makes them successful.
  • His other idea is to be satisfied and happy of owned success and not to search happiness in other things, rather than in what you already have.
