  • English writing

  • Currently I use English to communicate with friends or language exchange partners, so my experience on writing in English is quite low.
  • In my opinion, academic writing is different from personal writing, it is a way to express thoughts and ideas in a formal way, structuring the speech, following grammar rules and making the speech easily understood by others people.
  • I'm Italian and when I write in English I always think in my language that's why I make a lot of mistakes, I often use the Italian sentence structure.
  • I hope to improve my writing skills, also because it would be important for finding a better job.
