Re: Concerning our project in nanomaterials.
I am writing to you about the project that we are doing for one week.
This project is very important for our company and we should not be late.
In fact, we need every co-worker united on this project and especially Mr Gordon because he is many well-informed and he has necessary skill to do it perfectly.
In other words, he has to learn us a lot.
Unfortunately, we have got some problems with him.
Firstly, he thinks he is superior.
For instance, sometimes he speaks too fast so it is too difficult to understand.
The other times, he speaks too slowly and we consider it like something offensive and condescending.
Secondly, I don't think it's fair to come late every days without explanations.
In other words, he is incompetent to come in time.
In addition, he doesn’t care about the project and other people are following his behaviour so I am doing their work and I overworked.
Thirdly, I think his purpose is only to earn a lot of money without effort.
So, that’s not fair and I cannot share this point of view.
I am hoping you can help us to resolve this problem because you have a trouble-shooting skills.
Without your help, the project will be late and within budget.
From my point of view, you should do a one-to-one interview with him.
