My scope of employment is analysis of economical events and processes, mail registration, writing of content of files, making the copies of the documents, auxiliary works archival file records.
As an assistant I help to my superior with basic administrative work.
I also help him to create analysis of his subordinates work.
These analysis are in my scope of employment.
Sometimes it took me almost whole day to make this analysis.
But I helped to make these analysis more efficient.
Sooner subordinates had sent results of their work on a paper sheet and the superior had to sum it up together by calculator.
I proposed to make these analyses on excell and also helped in achieving this.
I helped with creating formulas and pivot tables.
Now subordinates just fill boxes in excell and send it to their superior.
Superior sum it up in excell which makes the work faster and more efficient with smaller number of mistakes.
