The South Korean’s secret service believes that the North Korean’s Dictator, Kim Jong-Um, whom stayed unseen for six weeks went to surgery to remove a cyst on ankle, informs the News Agency Yonhap.

In a meeting with Congressmen, the National Intelligence Service also informed that, in the last year, Kim downgraded 200 Army’s officials and executed 50 persons.

A specialist team went to Pyongyang in a period between September and October to uproot the cyst detected in May, informed the parliaments that were in the session.
