Unaffordable House
House is really expensive in our city.It is unaffordable for the commen person, also it creats some problems.
My friend Susan has been nervous these days, because she has a different opinion with her boyfriend,where to buy a house.She decided to buy a house in the centre of the city.Concerning about their future, having a house in the city centre is a better choice,not only for the childrend's education but also taking care of the old.But only can be afforded second-hand house by them.
However, her boyfriend prefered the house in downtown,because he can afford a new one there.
What's more, Susan thought that buying a house in city centre is also a investment.I have no idea about that, but everything can be solved with a good conunication, I supposed.
