I would like to tell you about the novel "P.S.
I love you" which was written by Irish writer Cecelia Ahern.
The novel was written in 2002.
It was a huge success.
This is a piercing novel about love, gentle and sad, about the desire to live and to hope that time heals.
This story has a lot of moments, some touching to tears, and others make you laugh.
The main characters of this novel were Holly and Gerry Kennedy.
They were young spouses who lived in a detachable apartment in a cheap region.
They did not often have enough money, friends with their problems and parents who didn't approve of the choice of their children.
Soon, the young family came trouble.
Gerry was seriously ill, doctors diagnosed a brain tumour.
Holly left her job.
Because she wanted to care for a sick husband.
The chief didn't give her vocation.
But the woman wasn't upset.
Because she didn't work a long time.
She wanted to spend more time with husband and help him.
Unfortunately, Gerry died, in spite of all her care and the efforts of the doctors.
Holly had care of the funeral.
As soon as she understood that she didn't have the nearest and dearest person.
Holly fell into despair.
She was sitting at home and ate nothing.
Holly didn't want to friends and parents were worried.
She told them on the phone, that she felt herself wonderfully.
The woman continued to deal the mobile number of a man, and listened his voice again and again on the phone.
She cried at night and remembered life with Gerry.
Once, Holly's mother called her and asked her to come because she found a small box from Gerry on which was written the word "List".
She should come and take it.
She opened the first letter, in which Gerry had request her to open them one by one.
In the March envelop Gerry was asked to buy a nightlight in their bedroom.
Every time, Holly looked forward to the first number to open the envelop and read the long awaited message from the dearest person.
In the April envelop Gerry wanted his wife walked around the shops and bought a beautiful dress.
Each Gerry's letter warmed her soul.
In the following envelop Gerry dreamed Holly to sing karaoke at a nightclub.
Holly had no hearing, no voice.
But she did everything he asked of her favourite person.
It was very difficult for her.
In the next letter Gerry pleased her trip to Spain, to which he carefully prepared and bought tickets in advance.
Holly had made this an unforgettable vocation with friends.
Also, Gerry advised her to find a job you love and not be afraid to fall in love again.
Every letter Gerry finished P.S. I love you.
Holly began to learn to live not only without Gerry, but without a list.
After reading this novel, I realized that it is necessary to love each day as if it were the last.
We should as often as possible to talk to your dearest words, such as in the book P.S. I love you.
In this novel, the author wants to show that love is alive and after death.
